Here are some of the answers we get:
• I go mountain climbing تسلق الجبال

• I like rollerblading
• I go jogging
• I eat healthy food & I do exercises.
One of the women we spoke to in London says that she goes to the gym about once or twice a week. Listen to the audio to hear what her friend has to say about that!
And how does all this exercise make people feel?
